TED Notepad
TED Notepad for Windows is a freeware text editor, looking and behaving mostly like the original Windows Notepad with a lot of extra features and functions for text editing.

PSPad freeware editor
PSPad editor is freeware programmer editor. It features syntax highlighting and contains templates for HTML, PHP, Pascal, JScript, VBScript, MySQL, MS-Dos, Perl. It also has a built in hex editor, macro recorder and other features.

Editor and development environment that can be downloaded with Java Development Environment(JDE v 2.2.1) preconfigured in one .zip file.

HAPedit is an acronym for Html Asp Php editor; a text-mode editor useful for all developers of dynamic web pages.
