This is similar to Rapidshare.de. I don't know whether the same company owns both, but all the drives on .de are reportedly full. In any event, the rules are similar. Files of up to 100MB with split archives allowed.

According to the website, there is no upload limit and files up to 500 MB can be uploaded with split-archives allowed. It also says there is no download limit.

RapidShare has free and paid options. File size is limited to 100MB, but split files are allowed. Free accounts appear to be limited to one download per hour and have their uploads deleted after 30 days with no downloads.
