Ranish Partition Manager
This is a hard disk partitioning tool that is intended to give users high level of control for running multiple operating systems, such as Linux, Windows, FreeDOS, and FreeBSD on a single disk. Partition Manager can create, copy, and resize primary and extended partitions. It includes a simulation mode that so you can experiment before working on the real hard drive partition tables.
TestDisk

Ntfsresize
This utility is supposed to non-destructively resize the NTFS filesystem of Windows XP/2003/2000/NT4 and Windows Vista so that you can install Linux or another OS alongside Windows. 32-bit and 64-bit Windows NTFS versions are supported. There are several ways to run it, for example by booting one of the many Linux Live CD, DVD or USB sticks.
